Everything I Know About Feminism I Learned from Working Girl

Not really, of course; I’ve got four grumpy Women’s Studies years under my belt. This part’s true though: Whenever things are hard or bad, I find myself thinking, Would Tess McGill give up? No, she would not!

And so I watched it a few more times and wrote this piece for the lovely ladies at Jezebel. Here’s hoping they love Working Girl and at least kinda like me. Power to the little people!
